We value you as a customer and share your concerns regarding privacy of your nonpublic personal information (your "customer information").  We will inform you of our policies regarding collection, use, and protection of your customer information when you become a Bechtold Insurance Agency Inc. (Bechtold Agency) customer and every year that you continue as a Bechtold Agency customer.

customer information for their own marketing purposes.

 + We require all third-parties with whom we share customer information to use it only to

the extent required to provide you the services you expect from us.

What Customer Information Do We Collect?

 + We collect information provided by you on your application for insurance coverage, such as your name, address, telephone number, age of your home, and type of construction. We also collect information from your transactions with us, such as how long you have been a Bechtold Agency customer, your payment history, your type of insurance coverage, your premiums, underwriting information and claim records. We also may collect general information (such as credit history) from unaffiliated companies or consumer reporting agencies.

What Do We Do With Your Customer Information?

We use your customer information to underwrite your policies, process your claims,

ensure proper billing, service your account, and offer you other Bechtold Agency products and services that we feel may be of interest to you.

We do not sell customer information to anyone, and we do not share customer information with non affiliated companies that would use that information to market their own products or services to you.

We may, without authorization but only as permitted or required by law, provide

customer information to affiliated and unaffiliated persons or organizations to fulfill a transaction you have requested, service your policy, market our products to you, investigate or handle claims, detector prevent fraud or comply with regulatory or law enforcement authorities. These persons or organizations may include our affiliated

companies that perform servicing or marketing services on our behalf as your agent or broker.

If our policies limiting sharing of customer information were ever to change, we would offer you the ability to opt out of certain types of information sharing, and we would offer you the opt-out with time for you to respond before the change in our practice took place.

How Do We Protect Your Customer Information?

We require all persons and organizations with whom we share your customer

Information to use that information only to the extent necessary to provide the service
we have asked them to perform. We require all Bechtold Agency employees and agents to protect your customer information.

We have established procedures, technical and physical safeguards to protect your customer information. We continually review our privacy and customer information

security policies and practices, monitor our computer networks, and test the strength of our security.
